aaaaand go

we were on campus for the first time yesterday, prayer walking and trying to find the "hot spots" where students hang out. it was pretty sweet, and pretty hard to believe that the 9 of us are attempting to reach 180,000 students. By the way, La Sapeinza (or "the University of Rome" in english) is THE largest university in Europe. Woah.. how did i not know that already?? craziness. next week we will start going on campus more regularly and thursday we have a party for the returning students in our apartment.

in other news, we got a new apartment! the one we're in is really cramped for five people and they've been having some issues with our landlord and italy leadership told us we needed to find somewhere else to live. we ended up finding a place today (after a lot of searching) that is actually nicer than the one we're in, and the same rent... sweet. We also have an extra bedroom and bathroom, so it will alleviate a little of the stress of trying to get five girls ready in the morning with one bathroom.

so.. so much going on lately. praise the Lord that everything is going well!
